The pivot point (binding toe attachment), is set 6mm further behind the boot tip at 17mm to provide optimum control and power. This is the feature you will notice first when you strap on your skis in terms of feel/control over the ski. The other feature that immediately comes into play is the buttressing wings which brings the entire width of your foot directly over the ski, increasing stability and power.
The heel foam liner and heel strap allow a variety of heel widths to comfortably fit in this boot. This boot is extremely comfortable, and stays comfortable over long ski and training sessions.
A UK8.5 boot weighs in at 633 grams or 22.3 ounces, which gives this boot a nice lightweight feel without a loss of power or a compromise in material.
