CH is the Swix Hydrocarbon line of cross country ski waxes. They are 100% high performance hydrocarbon paraffins, with no fluorocarbons. CH-10 ski wax is an excellent ski base prep wax, particularly for new skis and skis designated as "warm" skis, due to its low melting point, its ability to penetrate and saturate a ski base and because of its quality at an economical price. The temperature rating for this wax is 32° and 50° F, but it performs best as base wax for fluorocarbon waxes that repel water in the wet snow conditions that are prevalent in this temperature range. The CH10 temperature range coincides with corresponding HF and LF Waxes. The CH waxes can be distinguished from the LF waxes by their darker shade of color. Size: 180gr.
