New for the 2011/12 season, the Rossignol ZYMAX NIS Skate Ski is an excellent choice, and a great value,  for entry level and aspiring cross country skiers. Designed with stability in mind, this ski is easily maneuverable; two features that help beginning skiers progress. It uses shorter overall lengths with the Cobra Racing sidecut to provide a lightweight and maneuverable ski for those new to skate skiing. It also incorporates a high-end base for easy-going, yet speedy gliding.
 
Recommendations:
This skating ski pairs nicely with the Rossignol X8 Boot, and we recommend the NIS F4 Skate Binding. Check out our Rossignol ZYMAX Skate Package for additional savings on a ski, binding, boot and pole package.

Sizing:
We currently have one pair of 180cm ZYMAX skis left, flexed for a skier between 163lbs and 190lbs.
