The Atomic Alea 55 G2 is a stable, easy-going light touring ski that is a good choice for beginning skiers and skiers who ski leisurely on flat or gentle terrain. The 55mm width is stable and forgiving for new skiers; it easily fits within 65mm rails, it floats well on skied-in tracks, and it has enough girth to get out there on untracked terrain. The G2 pattern offers relaxed ascents, and easygoing grip and glides. This pattern is moved forward slightly to accommodate a woman's physique.
